Terms & Conditions

Reference to “us”, “we” and “our” refer to Atarian Computing, and references to “you” and “your” are references to you (Customer), the person addressed on this form.

Sending Your Device

  1. We do not cover shipping fees in any direction regardless of if the Device was repaired/recapped/upgraded. You are responsible for the costs both ways. Return shipping is calculated in the final payment you make at checkout.

  2. We only accept Devices whose dimensions fit within 19 x 36 x 60 cm and weigh a maximum of 30kg. Please consider and allow ample room for appropriate padding.

  3. We are not responsible for any damage caused when shipping the Device to us.

  4. We strongly suggest you take a picture of the contents of the package before closing it in the event of us receiving your Device physically damaged.

  5. We have calculated shipping costs (not including VAT) using the dimensions above for the following zones:

    1. Domestic: 7,90 €

    2. Baltics: 11,90 €

    3. Zone 1 (Sweden, Denmark, Germany): 20,90 €

    4. Zone 2 (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom): 22,90 €

  6. The rest of the world (Zones 3 & 4) are considerably more expensive so please contact us with the dimensions and weight of your package for a quotation on shipping to your location. Please be aware that your country may impose taxes/duties/tariffs on the return shipment. These are beyond our control and are your responsibility.

  7. VAT will be added on top of the shipping costs within the EU.

  8. We are not liable or accountable if your Device is lost in transit. However, we will assist you in communicating with the courier if we shipped it.


  1. This Agreement shall commence from the date you book a recapping service and shall continue until we have recapped or otherwise returned your Device, whichever is sooner and received any payment due from you.

  2. We shall make reasonable efforts to recap your Device subject to the availability of any parts required. We shall perform the Service using our utmost care and skill.

  3. We shall use High-Quality compatible parts for the recapping of all Devices.

  4. Any time estimate for completion of the service, which may be given to you, is an estimate only and does not form any obligation under the terms of this Agreement. We will aim to return your Device as soon as reasonably possible.

  5. We shall notify you when the Device has been recapped. If necessary, we shall send a reminder and the device will be recycled if not collected by day 90 to cover our costs.
